1. Service Cancellation
1.1 Requesting Cancellation:

- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle or project milestone.
1.2 Approval Process:
- Upon receiving the cancellation request, our team will review the status of the service(s) and provide a confirmation within 2 business days.
1.3 Non-Cancellable Services:
- Certain services, such as ad campaigns already in progress, subscription-based tools procured on your behalf, or one-time setup services, cannot be canceled once initiated.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will only be considered for services where deliverables were not provided as agreed upon in the service contract.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the payment date.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services:
- Fees for consulting services, completed deliverables, third-party subscriptions, or tools purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
- Custom services designed specifically for the client, once initiated, are not eligible for refunds.
2.3 Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
3. Termination by VCUBE Digital
3.1 Breach of Agreement:
- VCUBE Digital reserves the right to terminate service(s) immediately if the client breaches the terms of the service agreement, including but not limited to failure to make timely payments, abusive or unprofessional behavior, or misuse of services.
3.2 No Refunds on Termination:
- No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to a breach of agreement by the client.
4. Amendments to Policy
VCUBE Digital reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and reflected on this page. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically.
