  • Delivery timelines will be as per the agreed project schedule, which is outlined during onboarding or contract signing.

1.2 Notification of Delivery:

  • Clients will be notified via email or the chosen communication platform once the deliverables are ready for review or use.
  • Revisions, if applicable, will adhere to the timeline specified in the service agreement.

1.3 Late Delivery:

  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be informed promptly with a revised delivery timeline.

2. Delivery of Physical Products

2.1 Applicable Products:

  • This applies only to clients purchasing physical products such as marketing materials, brochures, or branded merchandise produced by VCUBE Digital.

2.2 Shipping Locations:

  • We ship physical products within India. International shipping may be accommodated upon special request and will incur additional charges.

2.3 Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery location and the nature of the product. These costs will be communicated to the client during the order process.

2.4 Delivery Timeframe:

  • Delivery times vary based on the product and location. Typical delivery timelines are between 7-10 business days within India.
  • Any delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the client.

3. Tracking and Confirmation

3.1 Tracking Information:

  • For physical products, clients will receive tracking information via email once the order is shipped.

3.2 Confirmation of Receipt:

  • Clients are encouraged to confirm receipt of digital or physical products within 3 business days to ensure timely support if any issues arise.

4. Non-Delivery or Damage

4.1 Non-Delivery:

  • For digital products, we will investigate and reissue deliverables promptly. For physical products, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

4.2 Damaged Shipments:

  • For physical products that arrive damaged, clients must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence such as photos may be required for resolution.
  • Replacements or refunds for damaged products will be handled as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
